Good answer, that has got me thinking. BTW, do u by any chance know any person (personally) who can be called a Mystic/ or one who has a Mystic Soul? & if u possible can u tell me if these ppl are aware of the Truth & whatever else they have to know from the birth? or do they must need some training or anything (like a shock, lol) to become aware of the Truth.

& by Truth I mean "one who is deeply aware of the powerful presence of the divine spirit: someone who seeks, above all, the knowledge and love of God, who sees Life from the inside out, or anything else that is ...... (don't know the right word to be used here, & if u noticed I did copy paste a lot of what u said in this paragrapgh, ).

Well everyone is welcome to post what they know about this, because in the end what everone needs to know is the Truth, & what better way than reading & discussing?

P.S.: Thanx for the welcome KHEM, been to busy & not on here much, but when ever I am here I try to catch ur posts, always good to read ur's, u have something new & sometimes something challenging. Yes, I know personally plenty of mystics . Contrary to some beliefs, they are not hiding in caves or mountains or all that. Most of the ones I know and exchange with are active in Life . That' the best way to grow Spiritually.

As you probably know, you don't grow spiritually by hiding or fleeing from the world. That makes most of the time selfish and no growth can come out of that...

That's what Jesus meant when he said : "Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house." (Matthew 5 : 15)

Most of the mystics I know have been in a gradual growth process (with training as you mentioned), some have been through situations that triggered their lives for changes and some were supported from the start by spiritually aware families . We weren't born with everything we know now (however small that  that knowledge is )

Of course, I know others too that from the start knew many things.All that really depends on your Karma and what you've been doing in your previous lives.

However, these are details...If you are really wholehearted in your search NOW for Spiritual Growth you will be making great progress that will facilitate other lives.

The past in Spirituality is never lost , and it is that way to enable us to focus on the present that , you know,always  creates our future


Focusing on the past is to ignore that and create great damage for you and others.Well understood, that's what Karma teaches

I 100% agree on the mystic's being a part of the society & training themselves. It will be difficult, but then again I think nothing worth getting/knowing was ever got easily.
