Shakes here too!   And like Evie, quivers, goosebumps, swirly mists and lightning sparks lol.  The thing is to get to recognise what they all mean... some are beware, some are wow, some are step carefully, and some you just are filled with tremendous joy!

There is another aspect I can add....During my sleep state I no longer dream, or remember them, to be more precise.  But on occasion, my whole body shivers and shakes as my spirit is returning from a nocturnal journey to spirit realms.  Many a medium coming out of a deep trance state, when the spirit is set free, finds that the spirit is larger, by far, than the vehicle that holds it (the physical body) and the shivers and shakes is from the spirit efforts to return to the body.

(I know it is the afterlife, because I have been told, in mediation, that nothing further can be given (I often have answers to people's concerns or questions without knowing the source of the input and it being beyond my personal experiences) or I would be discontent with my present state on earth. )

I like the way that this is worded.  Your soul shaking.  I think that it is more than just feeling sad.  It is much more than that.  

I can relate completely.  There is a song by Dir En Grey called Mushi.  The line translated into English is "when you die, the usual answer is that you will be reborn".  Whenever I hear the singer say these words, it makes me feel a little sick and I almost want to cry.  but it isn't just with saddness.  In Donnie Darko, the line "when the world ends, I hope I can breathe a sigh of relief because there will be so much to look foreward to" almost makes me feel like I am floating on hope.

My Body tend to shakes when  i start to have really mean  case of the De ja vue  , sometime i just brush away saying it just nothing  but now i hardly brush it away  i tend to react that sensations either if its  good or bad intentions .
