I have easly had and have seen a hundred readings over 47 years. some good, some bad and some were well i suppose you might call them entertaining ..
But i have had only one of them say ..Sorry mate its not happening.
If i cant link with a person i tell them if they want me to continue then its up to them.
So thats the can of worms.
Is it pride, money or a genuine belief that you have got it right.
Whats every bodys thought on the subject.

'When there is money on the table, there is expectation of performance'.  That can be seen on both sides.  The psychic has taken the money and now must 'perform' as it were and being right or wrong seems to be the ultimate criteria.  From the client's point of view, I have paid good money and I am here to......

You see, the client doesn't know what they want.  And some of things said may take a long time to manifest...there is no time in spirit...ours and the spirit realms.  So anyone with large expectations one way or another, will surely get a disappointment.

I recently read a psychic book where it was said...for every psychic there is a client and vice versa.  So, why do the psychics need to agonize over a lost client?  There is always another right around the next bend.

I recently had one that was certainly not one of my successes.  They eventually claimed they had the wrong reader, they were expecting a card reading, which is not my style.  But, they did want to hang on and get what they could without paying I might add.  They also expected the future to be cast in stone...I see and that is what is....when in all reality it can change and fluxuate.  Perhaps a more clear understanding of their own power to manifest would have been in order.

I recently read an interesting thought in a book on psychic readers..."for every psychic there is the right client". Or vice versa in the thought.

My question is...why all this competition and one upmanship in the field of psychic readers? Why do they have to blatantly lie on their resume to draw clients? Why not just co-operate and seek the clients meant for themselves and enjoy the prosperity?

During a recent reading I found myself kind of angry at the client's approach (lies) and the fact that he had chosen the wrong reader. On reflection, I can honestly say he definitely had the wrong reader...so why did it matter my approach?

This person stated catagorically they wanted concrete answers. Has anyone ever found life to be cast in stone (or concrete for that matter) and unable to be changed by our own thoughts and actions? Destiny is always tempered by determinism.

I have recently viewed a profile of someone who advertises 'integrity' and I wish they would look up the meaning of the word. The rest of the resume is filled with lies.

They could have just embellished their own accomplishments and found themselves well received. Instead, the lies have an energy that turns people off. Yes, I have been asked what I thought of this person.

Yes, for every psychic the clients are found. Who are they drawing with lies?

Psychic readers are out to make money...profit is not a dirty word and this is certainly a goal. Readings are also about people's lives. Giving them a heads up in their own responsibilities is one thing, taking on their responsibilities like they were the reader's own is another.

What are psychic readings? What is their purpose? Why seek out a reading?

Perhaps some answers to these tough questions would be valid before seeking out a reader. And perhaps it would help in the choice of the reader.

I've seen a few "psychic's" that charge a good bit of money and provide substandard work. I'd say money and ego are a good reason why they can't admit they can do a bad reading.

The only way I can tell a Psychic is for real is by not giving them any information about myself, I then wait for the reading to finish so that I can analyze what has been said to see how much of it was true. With saying this I can tell you now that I have had two readings done and found that both of the Psychics that gave me a reading were true to there word. I'm not saying that all the Psychics that have given me a reading in the past were totally wrong either, some have been ok but not spot on and still past as far as a reading went. Having this ability is truly a gift, you either have it or you don't.
