i'm just wondering if alcohol has any effect on psychic ability. i dont mean when people are drunk, but just the mear presence of it in your system. for me the day after drinking alcohol i seem more intuitive i dont know why this is.
i can remember a time last year when i went into college and sat in a quite part of the library beacause i felt abit rough, as i closed my eyes i got a vision of victorian school children dressed in white & black uniforms, but the funny image i got was that of a pupil being placed over a teachers lap getting punished with the cane or somethin similar?

did they do this in that way??

i later found out that the college did use to be an old victorian school.

does anyone else feel that alcohol has a positive effect on psychic viewing??

depending on culture, hel some even  licked frogs to get visions. It is a taboo subject with many but as I see it, drunk bad, a few drinks loosens the mind.  Drunk bad in that I would not try to do something for someone else unless they knew I was drunk. There are references, even Ann Rice calls it the Golden Moment, to drunkeness and pure clarity. Some also say Alcohol takes us to planes normal humans were never meant to go.  Not sure if I even got into the ballpark of answering your question or not.

Hi
A little can be good if you are a normally uptight person, but as a rule i try not too.
Its a individual thing, if you find that one or two drinks causes you to open up then you just need to find a way to achive the same result without.

To answer your Victorian School question:

Yes capital punishment in schools were quite common, usually delivered via a paddle, or a switch(thin rod-like stick made of bamboo) and was a practice that remained up until the 70's for some schools.

Up to you about the clairvoyance/alcohol bit.
