Hello Eye Of Tiger & Robert18, I myself am not a Psychic or a medium, but I do get information given to me by my guides either by a voice or from what I write, it has to be something of great importance before I get this information so that I can share it with anyone. I've never used the cards of any kind to help me come to terms with what I'm hearing or writing, I don't feel that I need to do that, because I can feel it.

PS: This gut feeling is actually centred in the region of your solar plexus (approximately half way between the bottom of your ribcage and your navel on the midline) and has nothing to do with your intestines or digestive tract. This is believed by many teachers to be where our major psychic feeling (clairsentient) centre is located, while there are two more minor centres in the middle of the palms of each hand which are at all times in direct communication with the larger one in the solar plexus. This "feeling" that a message came from Spirit is what I believe Samson was referring to in his posting above.

When the message comes in meditation or following the attunement process through mediatation, there is a light around the message...sort of warmth and love comes through. And of course, in all things, test the spirits. If it sounds negative ask and get clarification. That, too, will come with spirit communication not the imagination.

There is an equation I was taught in the early days...10% spirit/90% self and the job of development is to turn it around...90% spirit/10% self. This confirms there will always be something of the medium in the message...but diminishing its effect in the message work is important.
