Hi Khem.

I never used to put up shields until recently, i have done a lot a hands on healing and divining over the years and have worn the outcomes by not realising you should block.
That post is wonderful and explains a lot to me.

All healers should learn that ; regardless of how you proceed with your healing, there will always be some "bits" that you will need to shield yourself from.
