first thing you have to do is become aware that you are feeling this way, this is not a hard thing to do, just something that takes a little practice. i use to be so angry and not even know i was feeling that way. but i reacted to people around me as an angry person. to be able to keep some of the negative vibes out of your life you have to be aware they're, there. and you do  know it's  there  once you hurt yourself or once you hear you name being called, but by then it's clearly effecting you way to much. because it has taken on a physical form.

you need to become more aware of what your feeling all the time, it will become natural after a while. then you need to understand why you feel this way, once you figure it out, it's easier to deal with it and let it go. once you do that, you really are trying to let the negatives out of your life.

being mad at someone is justified sometimes and unjustified other's. you have to look at all sides of the situation. i know this probably dosen't sound like a solution but it really is. learning to let go of any anger to anyone, for anything, only frees you from that mind set. I'm not saying you will suddenly forgive everyone who has pissed you off. but it lessen the feelings and make you a happier person.

i hope you are understanding this. i just woke up and am still a little sleepy and it may not be coming out exactly right. I NEED CAFFINE. large amounts please. i just wanted to get back to you, so you didn't get mad at me. (kidding). i know it's been a couple of days, so i wanted you to know i was thinking about you, and had not forgot.

try and not let people and situations have such an effect on you, that you are the one paying the price. think about it, the person you were mad at in the original post probably hasn't given any of this a second thought.

be good to yourself.

I'm not angry all the time, this just happens whenever someone does something to me or when there is a situation that I don't like, but then after an hour or so after I've thought about it I'm fine. Ok I understand the whole hurting myself accidently but does that mean I get so crazy in anger that I hear someone call my name? I had a feeling it was my spirit guide helping me out but if I am going crazy with anger should I go see someone? Because I really don't feel like being crazy.

if you feel it's you're spirit guild it probably is.
i'm not saying your crazy with anger either. that's what i tend to do. when i first posted to you, i asked if you could relate
to what  i was saying because maybe that's what was happening to you. if you are able to get over being angry
that fast then maybe your not internalizing it. i can't tell you for sure. i hope you figure it out.

No, I guess you weren't, I just read it wrong. I tend to do that sometimes...
Actually, I never used to be able to get over anger so easily like I can now. When I was between the ages of 14 and 18 it could take me months before I got over it. Then at age 19 I decided I needed to learn to control my temper, and then recently after several readings I learned that the negatives in my life were my own fault so I have been trying to stop them. It hasn't been easy but I've noticed I've been happier since I have tried.
I've started writing down all the negatives in my life. I read this article to do that, and then when I have written them down I am supposed to get rid of it, to do my own little ritual to get rid of it. Then I am supposed to keep writing down negatives and think over why it happened and what I can do to prevent it and then get rid of them once I've figured out. I haven't decided what kind of ritual yet, maybe burn it or bury it... I'm not sure what is the most effective but I plan to keep a copy just in case these situations happen again and then I can keep checking back on them to see what I did to make best of the situation so I can do it again.
