my problem is...what/how to practice. Especially, as I am in an area that has little support in this matter. So, I am on a journey with another - we are starting meditation/visualization exercises. Anyone have a good reference for an online course? I.E. Lisa Williams or the University of Metaphysical...(which doesn't offer online)?

This is a Modern Spiritualism church, learning centre where help and readings is available, in person, online and by correspondence. The courses offered cover basic & advanced Spiritualism, Mediumship Understanding and Development as well as Spiritual Healing.
