I am so enjoying reading all these posts about spirit guides and gaurdian angels. Im wondering if I have one? Perhaps I haven't slowed down to really recognize my surroundings. As I start my journey in finding out more about who I am I really think this will help focus me. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We all have a guardian that signs on for life.  They help sort through so many challenges and opportunities of our lives.  Some call this entity an angel.  When we examine angels...there are many myths that outline what and who they are in our lives.  What is available is the help and guidance we all need on occasion.

Spirit guides are people who have walked the earth plane and experienced the same opportunities and challenges that you now face.  From their experience and higher perspective, they can and do aid your journey with inspiration and inspired thoughts of how to handle life.  They work with us when we open to psychic/mediumship abilities and talents.

Relax and use the tools (meditation) that aid the journey.
