I feel your lack of directionand motivation is due to (like you say) stress, anxiety etc.
I believe some people never fully recover from a nervous breakdown.
However, my mother is a naturopath and practices Ayurvedic medicine (among other things) and i have seen first hand, since childhood how the foods (and beverages) people consume can be a huge factor in depression, lack of motivation and other stress/anxiety related disorders (especially undetected food/beverage allergies).
I have also seen how changing ones diet for the better can completely change people.
I do feel this is the case for you. I am no naturopath or doctor so i can't give you a diet plan...but i would sugest to you to see a good one, get a good diet plan, find out if you have any food allergies, celiacs disease (google it) or vitamin deficiencies (also google Ayurvedic medicine) the net is a fantastic source of info in general for this stuff (but can't give you an individualised diet plan either).
Change your diet, get plenty of exercise (even if it's just a brisk 20 minute walk every day or take up martial arts with a friend

(you know which one) and drink plenty of water daily. I am sure this will help you get back on your feet and then you will have the strength of mind (and heart) to know what you want...but be aware these things will take time so don't try to run before you can walk (so to speak) or you will only fall over.
it is up to you whether you choose to do any of this of course...i do wish you the best for the future Raja (and thanks so much for the feedback i appreciate it)
