But how can a person tell what they are?

On one hand I think I am an Empath,I am very emotional and can't even watch scary movies because I get phyically ill but on the other hand if a person around me is happy I am very happy and if they are sad,I am weepy.I also put myself in other peoples shoes always and people will usually tell me their problems.

But on the other hand I'm not sure what I am.

The best light on the subject is knowledge. Learn all you can about either or both. Then, no matter what you will be knowledgeable and able to cope with your own talents.

The fact is...all spirit work is handled by the spirit within...you own. Learning to understand, empower, balance, make positive and use for your own best good is the place to be with spirit and its work in the world.

We have tools of our own consciousness (visualization, meditation, affirmation) to empower and balance our own body, mind, spirit. Use them to their best advantage and when the other spirit talents manifest, they will be in order.

Hello all---------

spiritual sensitivity has many labels-------avoid the labels----
your spiritual level is determined by you
Edgar Cayce often said "mind is the builder"
and that is true
it is not necessary that you are 100% of any label applied
thus avoid them
as you grow in spiritual strength you can pass through
many levels, thus being variously aware of your association
with the super conscious in different ways

I actualy agree with you.. Im not much for lables... but in this situation, it serves a purpose for further indentification, untill they feel strong enough to create their own... and empathy itself insnt a label...
