I know plenty of excerises that many claim to work, but have any of you actually have sucessfully done it? And how did you do it / first object moved?

I used to be able to move objects lol, it was fun. Can you move things?

Cryokinesis is a fascinating subject, I have never tried it in a test setting but frequently find that I can affect people, objects (especially crystals) and water, from there its not far to expect to be able to continue and make things freeze too?  Water is polar and can be affected by magnetism and energy waves, I can still bend water lol and use it extensively in my healing and energy work to keep me grounded and earthed.  And we are over 70% water?  When I use my hands I can remove heat and also send it back to things and people. What about you?
