to be unbending (as the oak) is not the best attitude for psychic work.

Much better to be a willow that bends and moves and can dodge the highest winds by ducking low, but can still be sensitive to the smallest drop of rain on its leaves or the touch of a birds wing on its bough......

i am just the same as you...i was doing some psychic /clairvoyant telephone work...and beleive me i needed the money...but i couldnt work for 8 hours on a shift....i became so drained...when i link in with a person it is the emotional link that i get first then my spirit guide assists...but i always feel deep emotions...and i burst into tears easily...when people upset me....but i think it is my sensitivity that makes me more empathetic to clients.....i can feel what they have been through...but it isnt very easy for me to get through life...i feel over sensitive and touchy...lol
i am trying to do some mditation work and crystal therapy to help me with my emotional side...i'll let you know if it works
