Hi Suz. yep why I first kept finding feathers it freaked me out (well it was in the 70s) then my instructor told me about them, which was unusual because he explained anything - just said do this.

Oh the awaken my soul and Journey my soul sounds great...getting a nice vibe off them.....are they a general local book shop book or will I need to look overseases? I'm in australia but have no probs buying from the U.S...just havent seen any around

I found a feather in my kitchen the other night which was bigger than the kind you find in a pillow. It was white , unlike a bird feather one of the kids would have brought inside our house. I wondered where from where it came. I haven't even tried this exercise. Very interesting.
