Please give us some more information as to what was going on in your life at the time this started. Do you know whether or not you suffer from panic attacks there. Thanks.

Hi,
I had only a singular experience with what I would call panic attack. And that was when I was kicked out of my appartment. I do not experience panic regularly.
As far as I can remember back, my heart began to feel depressed first in Apr. 2004, three months after I broke up with my girlfriend.
Since then I have times when I do feel light-hearted (which was a natural state before year 2004) but these are rare. Almost if they were only a glimpse of how it could be. That is all I can say.
