Does the information you have of the person you are giving the reading to make a difference in how accurate your reading is.
I mean if I only tell you my first name could you probably read another person with the same name in my vicinity by accident ?
I'm talking about the internet readings in this case.

I have no idea how it works, so I don't know if it makes no difference at all, but I was just curious, how do you know that the informatin you are getting is related to me if all you have is my first name, my username and the internet.

Do you need to be a specifically gifted reader to do internet readings, or has that no influence whatsoever ? Is it just as easy to get information about a person whom is in the same room as on the other side of the world or whose whereabouts you do not know ?

Could you read where I live if I only give you y firstname and gender ? I mean, could you describe my surroundings.

I want to believe in psychic abilities, I am not disregarding it, but I have yet to experience it first hand.

My holistic therapist told me he got the feeling that I might have some psychi abilities myself, well, this is not the time for me to explore that possibility seeing as I have numerous other worries at the moment, but I sure spiked my interest.

And my dreams, well, I would have to make an effort to remember those, although the other night I did have a rather disturbing one, where my dogs (whom live with my mother and arent really my dogs) well one of them dug a whole and released a poisonous gas and then I rushed them out of there but one of them lost their head, you know the head was just lying there and his body was lying somewhat away from it, rather peacefull but when I picked up the head ... well it was disturbing, the Dogs are ok though, I'm glad.

I'll try to make a more detailed description of a next dream and tell you.

Dear Erratigirl,

I can understand your cynicism...since you need to be cynical in order to protect yourself from the outside and those who may harm you by just "barging" into your existence.  Cynicsm is a form of shield we place around us and it makes us feel good because if someone comes too close to the truth we can always become cynical and look for "logical" answers and if we don't find any we can always write it off as "coincidence".

I sense that you are one of four daughters....and since I sense the younger ones are twins, you are in the middle.  Not the oldest and therefore the "example the others must follow", nor the youngest and therefore the "favourites"  (in this case multiplied by two).  You had to carve out your own niche in life, and had extreme pressure placed on you (either by your own expectations of what and how you should be and perform) or by other members of the family and your parents.

I also sense that you come from a very well respected middle class family who hold their values high, but somehow your own feelings and thoughts about things can be a little unorthodox (at the least) or plain shocking (at the most) to them.

The first word that comes into my head regarding you is:  CONTROL....

There are ways to let others understand that you are a unique human being, with your own unique thoughts, feelings and perspectives and you need not harm yourself in the process...  You are not guilty for anyone else's mistakes or wrong concepts and descisions...but you are responsible for your responses to them.  When you were small and in your teens...others were in your life to try and (mis?)guide you into what they thought should be your life one day...  That time is OVER.  You and you alone are responsible for your thoughts, actions and re-actions.

Learn to love yourself and accept yourself not only for who you are but for what you are...  I am not going to put words into your head and say you are like this or like that.  You have many issues you will have to deal with but deep down inside you KNOW YOU CAN!!!  because in the final analysis...whether you believe it or not  you ARE TOTALLY IN CONTROL.....It is not a matter of "I cannot" with you...  it is a matter of "I don't want to, because if I do there are too many issues I will have to face head on and I am not ready to do that"....

It is a matter of letting go off all the reasons why you should be negative and do harmful things to yourself....as opposed to the ONE reason that you should rise above your situation and begin to LIVE your life to the fullest.

As far as your dream is concerned....

Two dogs who live with your mother (perhaps two friends whom you do not really consider friends, and who are more in touch with your mother) are "digging" for answers, and since it is your dream...these answers would pertain to you and your situation.  

Dogs normally dig to bury bones, or to dig them up again...  And since you are not telling me that one is trying to bury a bone, I must conclude that this dog was trying to dig up a bone.  Bones could be "a bone of contention", or it could be a past issue which has already been "burried", but not resolved.  

In your dream you rushed to their rescue, since you knew that these dogs (friends), could come to harm if this poisonous gas (harmful issue) come to light...but it is too late.  One of them is decapitated...a metaphor for losing his head...  These "dogs" may even be your two younger sisters who are close to you in their minds, but you are somehow "detached" from them and do not feel as close to them as a result.

If this dog represents an aspect of you, it could be that you felt as if you "lost your head or mind" because of past issues that have been "dug" up and poisoned the atmosphere around you again...

You do not mention if the dogs eventually were ok in your dream, or if you are talking about the actual dogs living with your mother in real life who are ok...

I do not think this was a precognitive dream about them...  Rather your mind used them as an association in an attempt to deal with problems you are not wanting to face, and which are still burried deep in the back of your subconsiciousness.
