Hello,

I'm empathic and really need ideas for protecting myself from others negative emotions.

Does anyone have any ideas for this.  I do use the white light, but I was wondering if there were other methods.

i white light myself then add flat mirrors to point out so should somone look at me they would see their own reflection this way whatever comes my way is refelcted back towards them.

If I get a really nasty one alive or passed on then I use the mirror technique but i place mirrored cones with very pointy sharp ends all over my mirrors so its reflectedback but gives me added protection.

Prayers to your guides for protection help or words to your angels also.  I call on my guides or arch angel michael but mostly my guides and grandma.

This is what I do others have so many other ways of protection so give all a good try and use what fits best on you!

Burning sage leaves and having a salt water bath can clear and protect you from negative energies that are cast towards you, deliberately or unintentionally!

Besides rituals, a belief that you are protected and no harm can come to you is the highest level of protection you can give yourself!

Mirrors can and do create Karma to the sender.  Yes they mirror others' negativity, but without changing that negativity the mirror (and the person who places it) are sending negatity in multiplied fashion.  Beware  your own Karma!

The white light is the strongest and best of all.  Sometimes when we do ritual we allow our fears to destroy our resolves and beliefs.  See it as an opaque bubble (similar to one blow from a child's soap bubble pipe - complete with the rainbow patch - rainbows are such mystical, magical symbols of bridges, connection, communication, etc. complete with a pot of gold at the end) and allow that it is a filter from within and without.  It filters all our negativity while we learn to be positive and does not add others' negativity to our own thoughts.

Hi spiritalk, your right about the mirrors and I did neglect to mention that whenever I feel anything negative I always re-send back love even within my mirrors.  Either way the person who is then receiving my love and care will use it and help heal themselves or the situation or if it is lesser than good and its always had evil intentions then its not going to enjoy receiving love and best wishes and will soon leave.  Looking back I'm glad you brought it up as its one that i shouldnt have neglected to mention.
