I've had some things happening in my life.  I've been told I had a demon and it was sent away.  That was a couple of weeks ago.  My nephew was here yesterday and said I had 2 spirits here and today I'm blowing lightbulbs.  Any advice or reading would be appreciated.  

If you have any knowledge of psychicness then please listen. Cleaning you house of spirits and demons is simple. First-don't let them scare you, it only makes them feel more in control. Second-get rid of any objects that you think could be haunted. Third- Meditate and visualize the spirits in your house. Think of them being destroyed and/or sent away from your house by a blinding light that you are in control of. Then when they are gone, make a barrier of light around your house so that no evil spirits or demons will come int. Last but not least, visualize angels shrouding your house and blessing it! Telekinesis is real and comes with high emotional states.  Calming down allows it to dissapate.

As to 'stuck' spirit....those hanging around any location, person, place, thing...it is important to help them move to the light.  Communication from the light is always safe and enlightened.  From the stuck the communication is suspect at best.

As stated, moving them along into the light is a simple task of telling them to leave you alone in your environment.  It is and can be accomplished with a ritual of 'smudging' smoke from sweetgrass, sage or candles into the corners of your home while you claim your own space for yourself.  The important thing is to believe in what you are doing without fears or regret and allow that the spirit needs to move into the light.  You might make sure to tell them to turn totally around and see the light...there is always someone waiting for them to come through it.

i was going to say to smudge with sage also. weather evil or lost, there are ways to make them go away, without destroying them as mentioned above. with harm to none.  i don't feel this is necessarily a bad spirit. you said u sent it away before, can i ask how you did it? have you noticed that things seem to happen more when any certain person comes to visit at your place, either while there their or after they leave?
