I was sitting in my bathtub looking at the tile for about 15 minutes. Do you guys get that strange flux in your vision when you look at something for a long time? For me it's like opening and closing an eyelid I don't have. Everything goes a shade of blue, or purple, and then I have to move my eyes, like a reaction. Well I kept at it for 15 minutes, and finally, I stared long enough and didn't move my eyes, and I saw something sort of staring back at me for a split second. From what I remember, it was sort of round, orange or yellow, either one left eye, or a big left, and small right, and sort of pursed lips. I believe it was female, but I haven't a clue what it could be.

Alrght, that's cool. I don't need an answer today...wait, it's been a week. Alrighty then..

The spirit realms are merely a breath away...on another vibration.  When we get rid of our material focus, we can attune to our spirit focus.  The exercises you did with the eyes...sitting in water, which is a strong catalyst....allowed you a look into spirit realms.  

Perhaps it would be wise to figure out what you are doing before continuing this practice.  Mediums and Psychics study to attain their level of communication.

Just trying to see what others can't. When I'm better at it, then I'll try different stuff. I'm glad someone responded finally.

Wouldn't it be better to learn the good techniques necessary to reach the best spirit levels?  Random and frivilous attunement will bring the same result as your intent....no matter what that may be.  Natural law responds with results for effort given.
