Hi everybody,

I am learning a lot from these postings. Here is what I am doing to increase my psychic ability.

1. I have asked the Faries to help me learn to manifest better (I do this
in meditation sessions).

2. I work with crystals (selenite, clear quartz, amethyst, fluorite, bloodstone, hematite (to expell negative energies), snowflake obsidian,
rutilated quarz, agate, lapiz (on my throat chackra for clear communication). I used to put the stones on my third eye and on the right side of my head (right hemisphere of the brain) and feel the energy buzzing. Now, I just hold one gemstone in each hand for and the energy travels directly to the third eye and right hemisphere of my brain. With clearing stones such as hematite, I envision the stone expelling dark smoke from my hear chackra.

3. I work with oils from a Pagan shop and say affirmations as I rub them into my heart chackra and my third eye. One of the oils is for psychic development.

4. Also, when I wake up after thinking about a certain issue before sleep, I get a gut feeling of the answer.

I know that I am more intuitive. I only wish I could be clearly clairvoyant.

1.  There is only one person who can change, enhance or otherwise effect us is our self.  Asking to be enhanced in abilities doesn't work unless we do the homework and practice the lessons.

2.  Stones have such a beautiful energy and make us feel so special in our person when we wear them.  As to abilities to open and/or enhance our psychic centres...there is no evidence this works.

3.  The skin benefits from oils.  The emotions from the crystals.  Psychic exercises are for the mind to take it to the spirit.  The tools are meditation, visualization, affirmation to enhance self and our psychic abilities.  There are no short cuts or substances that replace our own hard work.

4.  That dream exercise has been effective with many people.  In dream interpretation it is important to recognize that most of our dreams are about our unresolved emotions in our conscious state.  There is such a brief window when anything psychic can even happen...just before sleep state and upon waking to the state beyond sleep.

Just some thoughts to consider.....

Dream work is really the best avenue for me.

And you are sure it is psychic?

Interpreting dreams is so important and the symbols are not the same as psychic symbols.
