It grounds the energies around your computer.  

Sitting in front of your computer...use your hands to make 3 squares in the air in front of the screen.  Then 3 triangles.  And last 3 circles.  This geometry seem to clear up all kinds of kinks and such.

I find that all kinds of electronics and electricity affect me and I can affect it. I have a tendency to blow fuses, lightbulbs, thermostats and computers!  In fact the only reason this one stays around I think is beacause of the crystals that I use to grounjd it. Hematitie is great for grounding people and organic objects but for electro-magnetic fields you need a heavy hitter like black tourmaline, but it will crumble after a while so be careful. Others to use would be smokey quartz and kunzite and flourite.

Make sure that any crystal used around pcs are frequently earthed and grounded themselves by slusshing them under cold running water and then shaking them dry.

Watches are another thiing... I can't wear on at all and if they have stopped or broken I tend to make them start again but backwards  <sighs>

In fact I used to live in heamatite bracelets lol and couldnt shake hands lol, so much static built up, and the trip to Vegas!  WOW!  the lights went off and on and off and on lol so much fun!

i keep rose quartz and amethyst next to my computer, (big rock ones)

I think that helps my pc, it doesn't do weird things if i have them there.

I wear lots of hematite but i need that to keep me together and i am naturally drawn to it.

If this were true, no computers would function in Sedona, AZ, USA, a magical city which has massive formations of haematite (red stones) all around. It has some pockets of magnetic and EM energies but overall, there is no significant EM or Magnetic spikes.

Sedona has energy vortexes/vortices which are not explained by the mineral composition of the rocks nor of other reasons and postulates provided by individuals from time to time.

As an extreme experiment, I have placed strong magnets near my computer and even those OBVIOUSLY physical energies have not produced any malfunction. Most computers are reasonably shielded. Now keeping the magnet near a monitor will create aberrations in the image and there would be interference created by loudspeakers kept close to monitors, but that is another thing.

Lot of people really believe that the physical energies (E, EM, M) are somehow connected or on a similar conceptual platform as subtle, spiritual energies (chi and so on). This is a mistake. Non physical energies, the obvious one that nearly everyone is familiar with: thoughts cannot be measured by meters and scopes and gauges or scales, yet we know their power and influence. Spiritual energies exist and work in that REALM and we need to become aware of and sensitive to that realm if we are serious about dabbling with and within the psychic energy realm.

Hmm something interesting...i went into a government department where i had a meeting with a woman working behind a desk. I noticed she had a pyramid made from copper rods on top of her computer. I curious asked her what it was for, she told me it helped to send the radiation (which is potentialy harmful to us) up so it can be sucked out the door. She also told me that apparently the electrical waves build up around your pc (much like a heat wave on a hot still day) and cause it to become static and that the pyramid (as copper is a conductor of energy) conducts the electricity up also.
