What do these 2 have in common?  Why did I post them together?

Well some of you might have remembered I was dishing out readings like no tomorrow ................then I hit a wall.. I couldnt see I was not feeling..
My energy was gone!  
Then add some negativity to that and .. I was wiped out!

When we read ..it takes alot of energy for us.  Have you ever walked a store till your legs were sore ..then had a headache from trying to do too much.............its very comparable to this.

I read then i get to a point where I see a black door and it just closes on me ..and then im wiped out ..very tired and all at once wam a big headache!

I wanted to share this with you .......because when one reads ..always appriciate the time they give ..it is hard work!

I think everyone here can understand your feelings and relate to the
loss of energy after a reading. Anyone and everyone can need rest.
I for one hope that ppl can understand that we here might have wonderful gifts
and also at the samee time  realize we are all human and have human needs too.Hugs to

there is never a loss of energy.  You are using physical energy to form your demonstration and this can and will deplete you in body, mind and spirit.  Attune at the spirit level and you are replenished as you work.  You will be almost buzzed and that means you take a while to rest.
