Lonely I await
This time our fate
Dealt such a hand
It would never be in the plan

My heart aches for a home
I have one but feels unlike my own

Spirit recalls a place a time
Intertwined

Recently I was connected
Only to get disconnected

Now I hear the busy tone
Someone has left the phone off the hook

No way to communicate I return back to the norm
Back to the days before I was re-born

That night really changed me
From what I hear to what I see

I don't think I shall ever be the same
My heartache is now tame

Compared to the night before this happening
I paced and paced for the reacting

No matter what I learn here on Earth
Pales in comparison to my re-birth

A crown sets upon my brow
Broken then sealed
I made it through somehow

At first I didn't understand
I alone without no one's hand

There are lessons within lessons
Pictures within pictures
And of course hope within the abyss

We are loved like non other
If only we learned to love each other

Funny, I feel very much like your poem.

The connected and Disconnected however I have found that finding your synodic period in relation to the moon phase/cycle and finding a good 13 month calader system works well for communication and informtaion... Look up syndic period/cycle of the moon and related that to your Birth day.

Or another way is to keep a dream diary, you should find during a 29.5 day cycle for around 3 of those days your dreams will be very memorable, more so than others, this will be your synodic period.
