Love is playing hide and seek
Love loves to wear many, all disguises
It is funny we want love so bad
We want so much to find a home for our love
That we will trick, tell, convince ourselves when
We select a potential prince that we are in loves rinse.
But how pre-tell can love be a temporary high?
How it is that things can go so awry?
Since when did love have conditions and restrictions?
Since when did love become so complex?
I think this is some kind of a hex
Or perhaps some grand enigma with such stigma
Since when did love become homeless?
Not allowed to freely express or progress
Never the less it still finds a way to transgress, bless and caress
Everyone of our temporary bodies address

Since how long have we been diagnosed with this love deficiency?
Is not love the efficiency to proficiency?
And who jacked up the price on love anyway?
Perhaps this love array, is not all subject to be grey
There is a way for our love not to pay via delay
Where it is always on display for only the rich and famous fantasy cafe
How do I convey to you that this is just another of loves game of play
