If Angels dream....


If Angels dreamt
Would they dream of me?
Could I assist them
To resolve a person's pleas?
Do they ever sleep
To rest their light of love?
Do they ever weep
From a place so high above?

I wonder what they think
Are we as beautiful as they?
Do they ever scold us
When we just won't obey?
I wonder if God trusts them
To do his will every day
Thy will be done on Earth
As is God's rule of way.

Sometimes I do forget
That comfort wings are near
To cover me up wholly
So that I never feel the fear
Of knowing one day my life will end
It seems so cruel to know
So let me dream of angel's wings
For in heaven I will go.
