I would like to think that Ramendra Bhadauria was writing about the Goddess Mother.

I interpret it as a tiny child's letter to his mother from a boarding school (Earth) where he was sent with his siblings, away from home, away from Her (to learn about Human Experience!)

Or maybe I am waxing poetical  while Bhadauria was just being upfront  with you and DIRECT ...!
