As opposed to a sand-castle, big, long, impressive but victim to the vagaries of the wave of reality ... that washes over us next ...!

As you may have noted (YAWN!) many dwellings have been started waiting to be finished (in the sense of completion like finishing school and not in the sense of annihilation -- of -- INNOCENSE!)
