last time when rahu ketu saturn were exalted was between 1983-1984
so that person must have been born during that period.

just having 3 exalted planets is not enuf for any yoga.
they need to own good places and be placed except in 6,8,12 from lagna.

for those 3 planets being exalted taurus,cancer,lero,virgo,pisces ascedents are good.

I m from Dhan lagna. I have Sun and Mercury in 10th House (Venus bhai is also there in 10th home). But Big Brothers like Saturn & Guru are in 11th home.

sun and mercury in 19th house  as sun being9th lord and merc being 10th lored combined with 11th lord form a powerful raj yoga. this yoga is also called budhadtya yoga indicating intelligence and much pleasure in life. here venus is combust  so positive results may decrease to some extend.
rahu and ketu are not exalted but in mooltrion or 75% powerful but here it is detrimental towards marridge.
saturn is exalted but is in 0.1 degrees or bhav sandhi is very weak to give full effect as the lord of 2nd house. jupiters position may help.  yellow sapphire may help.

sun and merc in 10th house and not 19th.
