Hi, I was wondering what my employment is gonna look like soon.
Recently I've been having a difficult time with work.
Also, I was wondering about my love life.
I am a hopeless romantic.

The state of the economy at present, you will have to grab on to anything that comes along.  But forever keep the dream of your ultimate job in your mind - that will help manifest your goals in time.  The experiences you gain in the meantime may change or alter the dream, but you can manifest it in time.  

Hopeful (better word) romantics find what they seek.  They find romantic partners that love and care beyond the mundane and frivilous.  You are actually seeking deeper meaning but it will take time and effort to happen.  Do not expect the first encounter to uncover all the hidden talents.  Be patient with those you meet.  

You don't suffer fools gladly meaning you pass judgements a little hurredly.  Be a bit more patient with self and others in all encounters - you never know, you may end up with a new friend that is true and loyal, even if not that romantic entanglement you really want and seek.

Stay away from the bad bois.  You tend to pull them out of a crowd and it gives you much heartache.  Be strong and firm in your descisions; don't be so easily persuaded by men.  I feel tension between your mother and you, you guys love each other but rarely see eye to eye.  I smell alcohol, and getting the feeling that someone you are close to is an alcoholic or gets drunk (DRUNK).  The only advice I can give you is to stay strong with who you are; you still have not found yourself, and you can't find mr. right until you find that part about yourself that you are missing.  And again, in order to curb a heartache stay away from the bad bois.
