Those eyes look deep into the soul of others.  But it can be confusing when you don't always understand what you are seeing.   Be careful of judgements and keep the balance of your own thoughts and spirit thoughts, so that you can help not hinder the process for others inspection of themselves.  Do not just take the surface stuff and dig deeper into the soul journey with compassion and love.

Others eyes do not reflect your journey - they have their talents and you have yours.  Be careful to know yourself first, then others foibles will make more sense.
