What does my pic say ?

You expect a lot from others.  They must fall all over you without being too intrusive.  Actually you have set impossible standards.  At least respond to those who are interested, you never know what may occur in a relationship.

You are looking to your own future a bit that way too - expectation that others will do the work and you will reap the rewards.  I am afraid life is just not like that and you are going to have to do your own foundation work to receive the rewards of your own skills.

Spiritually you feel superior.  There are many who can do the things you are capable of doing and many with more compassion and interest in others to help them go forward.

Spirituality growth means seeing others reach their peak, even if it means setting your own aside for the time being.  All in God's time is an important adage to rememeber.  There is always a higher power in charge.
