Hi im Seaneen from Ireland I kept getting negative readings from my own cards and online so I have stopped for good while now I am looking some insight for the New year hopefully to do with work.

first up.. Id be getting some new cards..lol, serious.


I have you  updating your certifications, ie adding to qualifications, broadening skills. Im wondering if you have considered some sort of counselling services, for some reason I have you as being someone with something to offer young adults as far as support or a supervisory role.
I feel you have been over looked for a position or possibly a promotion of some kind.. I get that your real life skills and you were not the issue it was paper BS.. perhaps someone had a training certificate one more than you.

Im getting "Just do it".. I dont think its that easy, you need to come up with a means that allows you to participate in extra training..lol.. again Im getting it blunt like "just do it.."

I think you need to ask yourself what is stopping you from following your wishes and work on a work around to get past that.
Could some of this be a lack of self confidence.. if you dont push too hard you cant be disappointed right.. wrong.. you need to re-examine old beliefs .. replace I cant do this or Im not good enough for that with.. I can and I will.

You cant change other people or their minds.. but you do have full control of you and yours. If where you are does not satisfy you, you can take the issue in your hands and come up with a plan that will deliver what you want. Just leave feelings of inadequacy where they belong... behind you.

I have right now that your thoughts are your breaks..fear not, go for what you want.
Your not depressed.. but your feeling Blah...


And now heres why I'd be investing in some new cards if my readings were negative ( ok so perspective is a big there there also.. but when Im feeling my perspective may not be all it could be Ill reach for a deck that I can trust will deliver an empowerment message. )
lol. for this demonstration I focused on you and drew from a deck called "Universal Wisdom oracle cards".. I ask the energies to give me message for you. and this is what I was delivered.

All above really true lol im doing courses now yes!
Yes in my job I look after vunerable adults and elderly and support there needs how close are you thts brill

Yes sadly my job isnt for good its only for  year and i do love the work I do and you have picked up up on the confidence thing also. Glad some positive things are coming up in a few weeks

I know sometimes it helps just knowing your on the right track.. heres to renewed energy and a confidence push.

Absolutely perfect that you love what you do. I'd enjoy it also. Your lucky also that it is a field that sadly there will always be a need for. I know in my area there is a demand for qualified care workers.

Specializing, or having specializing additions to your certifications will be a huge benefit. .. not in reading mode atm.. but dementia care especially here is in demand and skills support services, ie work placement support for brain injury and young adults with disabilities.

With the right papers you could also rent yourself out in private home care with facility care being so expensive for families these days I know many families are going the care at home route.

I honestly dont imagine you will be out of work for any thing longer than a transition period.. but even then with the certifications your working on now, and the fact that you love it and are good at it.. self confidence is in exactly the right place.. you can safely put it where it belongs.
