The changes proposed for 2011 are for our own good - if we were nature it would be a year to turn up the soil.  You know disrupt absolutely everything so that the soil is made ready for new seeds (circumstances).  

So major changes will take place and it will be a good time to release all the old long held ideas and beliefs.  There will always be something to replace them so we need to flow with the change rather than hang on to old, outdated ideas or circumstances.  

Be in a position in your thinking of 'release' which means all things can go that are not serving your best good now. Allow the universe to be the winds of change while you remain steady in your life.  Now that is the challenge.
