I have opened and looked at the lovely picture several times.  There is a material focus that is putting up blocks to spiritual focus.

There is a confusion in the material life.  You can not seem to form a dream or focus that leads to your own best interests.  Almost a time of confusion and wandering.  A hard worker, but so unfocused as to direction at the moment that it is a job for keeping going, rather than focusing on future.  

The eyes, windows to the soul, are showing a deeply spiritual person.  Sometimes so spiritually focused that you shut the door to anyone seeing beyond the surface of your interests.

I also feel the eyes are masking some deep hurts.  At the time of the picture was a deeply hurting time.  And it was being masked by the needs of the emotions to move on.
