The fire in the eyes belies the balance in the spirit.  The smile reaches the eyes and tells you to see all things lightly to not get hurt or discouraged.  

You are learning that not all things are as they seem on the surface.  Take your time with this lesson and don't let it make you cynical.  

You have come through a hurt and the smile reaching the eyes shows that you have learned your lesson and are moving on.  Do not let trust become an issue in future activities.  Not everyone is untrustworthy and you do want to connect again.

There is a blush at some of the things said around you.  Some would say you are niave while others would see the innocence that is still on the rose.  You may not be quite ready for some people but that is ok.  Take your time to get there so that when you do it will be a balanced view - neither naive or too cynical.

What does it mean belies the balance? I am telling people to take things lightly or is that what I have to do?



Yes. I look very deep into everything, not just what it seems on the surface.



I had a few losses during this time. One of them wasn't too recent of this picture being taken, it was about a year previously. My mom died. The other loss was around this time, but it wasn't a death. It was a relationship that left me unable to trust my heart with other people.



The people around me were drunk. I was too, but when I am drunk I am still very much in control of myself. Me and my sister both have that trait about us- we would be really drunk and no one would even know we had anything at all to drink. When people do act drunk, I do get a bit blushy and uncomfortable. Kind of on edge a bit.



I get the comment all the time that my eyes look like a deer in headlights. Could you go a bit more in depth as to what you mean by this though? Thank you!
