There is such sensitivity I wanted to cry.  You are brought to tears by the darndest things.  And you sincerely wish you were not so sensitive to the world around you.  

You hide as best you can and even grew facial hair to hide behind.  It will never mask the real you, but it will be some comfort.

Of all the people I have met, you above all, need affirmations and protection exercises.  It will be worth the effort in the end.  But you have not taken the time to protect yourself from the bombardment of these energies, so they are allowed in to affect your tear ducts among other parts.

Every morning before you leave your bed say an affirmation that puts you in positive mode.  I like:
Flow spirit flow and all my fears release
I am a channel for thy love and peace
Heal spirit heal and all myself renew
I am expressing my perfection true

Then envision a bubble (similar to one blown from a child's soap bubble pipe complete with the rainbow patch - rainbows are such wonderful symbols of bridges, connection, communication, they are uplifting and they come with a pot of gold (prosperity) at the end) and see it expand around your whole body.  It is a filter of all negativity from within or without.  

Now you are ready to meet your day.  Do not build walls or shields - just protect the sensitivities and the over sensitivity will be managed.

that smile, u force ur self to make it and it never gets to your eyes and somehow you are mysterious to other people around you
loneliness, bitterness, and sadness
it seems like you don't like to talk to other people and you really can hide your true self from others

I've never tried reading a pic before but found it amazing how fast I started getting visual/mental images related to this.
