@PetraVanilla I'm chatolics... one of a friend for a reason tell me to pray Hail Mary every morning...
I always do this prayer every morning while i'm driving from my place to my office... but one that i notice
I pray it as a ritual... and ritual not a real pray...
So i think i will still pray the Hail Mary, but i'll do it with more consciousness...

@spiritalk tx for your advice... i will try to do it starting tomorrow... i'm doing meditation and affirmation, but never do any visualization

Fisk_82, a friend of mine told me to pray the Apostle's Creed with all intent whenever I feel threatened/oppressed and find myself under a psychic attack along with calling the arch angels by name. It really helped me to find peace! I am saying that because negative spirits pollute the atmosphere a lot of times which can make you feel depressed, ill and even physically sick... The Hail Mary is much like a mantra especially if prayed with the rosary... (I was raised catholic ;) ) You can make self affirmation a mantra, too. Repetition creates a habit, habitual thought creates matter... in this case you feeling better "matters"... I just love word-smithing... anyone notice?! LOL

Seriously about the Hail Mary pray... actually i never feel any connection with that pray LOL...
BTW i have posted here that i practice meditation... and for about half months i say to my self everytime i reach that alpha state (health, peace, calm, happy, success, love)
I repeat those words in exactly the same order, can i count it as a mantra ^.^

sunmystic... what i'm seeking is peace
peace within the self... as i never reach that part...
i always remind myself... don't be that bad guy... u should be a good guy
sigh.... in my counsciousness... sometimes i choose to be a bad guy but it hurts

and anyway... i remember the second that i'm seeking most in my life is balance.. i feel like that i'm a person who never gets balance in life... run from one part to another

and sadly that the world around me just too material, full of hate and anger...something that i can't really fit in
