Hi Cameo and welcome to Mystic board.

Charlotte (my wife) and I both agree that your house is a happy house and that it had happy kids and families/people living in it.

Charlotte and I live in a house that is 103 years old and has alot of quiet local history to it. All different kinds of folk have lived in it over the years, but there is no real negativity attached to the house. They were all normal people .

Your house is going to need some work/fixing and the land is probably where the value is relative to future investment. Not the house. The land that it is setting on is going to get valuable/ is valuble in a future sense, so fixing your house up too much will be a waste of your money. The folks that are coming along in the future will tare it down and build something else .

That is my take on your query. Please do not PM me, I prefer that everything be public.

Thank you Sunmystic.  I am hesitant to give my views on what you have said just at this moment, as if I do, and give other information away, then it may influence others who may look at the photo and give me their feelings.  So I will return to this post in a week or two if you dont mind, and let you know the accuracy of your post then, and I will also state the reasons why we are wanting to sell.

i am getting a negative feeling when i saw this house like something really horrible has happened here and that maybe some form of bad or negative energy is around the house still. I got goosebumps when i saw the photo.

sorry but i would keep away , from being near to the property. hope this has not offended you, just be careful cos i feel you can have nasty things happen to u and ur family by being there, fights, etc....
