I was actually refering to myself.
Quote from bandit.
As far as the aura is concerned, I see lots of brown around you and a greenish yellow color.
Yellow-Green: Creative with heart, communicative. DIRTY BROWN OVERLAY: Holding on to energies. Insecurity.
I just figured Dirty Brown would be smelly. I dinstinctly imagined old shoes.
Not that I can smell anything, but i've never been able to smell my own stink on those occasions i've apparently had one.
I don't drink, or smoke, or anything like that.
Although I do eat abit of meat here and there, and egg.
But basically I live off noodles and toast.
So I can think of no physical thing that would make me smell.
However I do own cats, whom have trampled over much of my things.
I guess a more appropraite question would be...
How do I improve the quality of my aura? |
A much better question
But first <tuts to self and wags finger at Andy in motherly mode> nooooooodles and toast! Well toast is the staple for all teens and students isn't it? and can be healthy too. Food can affect your aura, as we are really what we eat.
Spicey food can heat the whole body up and change the auric charge and make hot spots hotter and warm up cold spots.
Personally I don't see a dirty brown overlay at all, but auras are living things and change from second to second depending on where we are, how we are and what we are doing, feeling, thinking etc. Let me go back to your pic and see what is there now. There is nothing wrong with the quality of your aura, it is clean and strong, even and steady. You do have issues across your torso that we have already spoken about, the sorrow and pain, but that is nothing untoward and is to be expected.
There are many ways to strengthen an aura, breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong or martial art forms and disciplines, exercise and fresh air, laughing and also things like energy healing and reiki, and of course crystals like Clear Quartz works amazingly well
What about talking an auric shower? You might like this

I am presuming you do have access to a shower not a bath though? First take your normal shower, using soap , hair wash, whatever, then stand under the warm flow of water and start thinking about your posture. Place your feet about a shoulder width apart and slightly bend your knees, tuck your butt, tail under and in so that you feel your weigh sink down into the soles of your feet. Breathe deeply and relax and sink into your feet, Make sure your back is straight and your head balanced and then listen to the water falling down over you and washing your aura, cleansing off all the unwanted energies and them flushing down the plughole. (this really only takes 30 seconds or so, but is hard to explain) This position grounds you into the moment and allows the water to earth and ground and cleanse your aura. Then try and slowly turn the water down colder and if you can bear it fully cold for a second before turning it off. Then smooth down your aura , slowly brush down your arms with the palm of your hand, first one then the other and brush down your legs, and then shake your arms and hands and legs and feet. Then rush for the warm towel!
