I understand that the pic was not quite right and it needed to be a facial shot.  I think its great that you are there to help others get the best out of this forum and i have the sense that you treasure this small part of the forum immensely.  

There are a few things i need to address with the rules and that is the type of pic and the age of the person in the pic.  these things i will address once i have gained some advice about it.

Large hugs to you for being a wonderful supporter of the work done in here along with all you wonderful people who support me in trying to make this a fun fantastic place to be.

Okay thanks for taking the time to explain that to me, and let me know that it is going to be addressed into the rules, next I would like to suggest that instead of just the face, perhaps like a head shot or bust, that way it isn't too cropped... I know that I tend to get more when I can see more of the head... and not just the face... (This might just be a difference in the words used to say the same thing?) and I am very fond of this reading forum... I usually come here when I login... I feel like it is where I am meant to be, and that I can really help people here... I still always look at the psychic reading forum, to see if I am drawn to read for anyone... but yeah this is my special corner here... I hope that the new restrictions on the picture readings are something that will still allow for me to get the intense connection to the people that I have felt here... I think it is part of why I like it so much... *huggz* thank you again... you rock suzisco!!

Yeah I think head and shoulders would be the best type of pic for a reading, your post has been helpful in helping me to concentrate my mind and think of the right wording.

Yeah you have a big part to play here and the sub forum would be a quieter place without you.

Since you have responded to the picture, and have helped him to post it, then you also know how it was.

The picture in itself was very good, nice shot of a man in his best age, that show braveness to be who he felt he was.
For family and friend, sure a picture to be proud for.

We are not family and friends, people who come here is in all ages, beliefs, and so on.
Many loves to move borders and by allowing the picture to stay, we had moved the border a good pice forward.

Now, what happen when next picture that moves the border a little bit more are posted, and we say no, then we get a discussion that my picture aren't worse then your picture, and so on.

That is why I deleted it.

I will not have the question... did he have a drink... or was it just some juice, or a girl posting her bare breast, crying why can't I when you allow him, do we not have equality of status?

So I am  sorry if you felt it was wrong, I hope you understand it better now

         that is what I wanted... just to know why... I understand what not everyone thinks the same, and to learn how to avoid things happening again, I feel like knowing why it happened in the first place is where to start... I was very annoyed that there was no explanation about why, not that it was removed. Next I understand in having rules and that they are there to make sure no one goes too far... although I have certain feelings I know that others may not... I would just ask that you explain why, even if it is in PM, if you don't want to put it out on the board. How are we to learn and grow when the rules aren't posted yet, but still we are told we have done some thing wrong? I hope you understand my frustration at this...  Also I know you you said that it would be fine for friends and family, well that IS what I think of the people here... that they are part of my friends and family... Perhaps, it was not the best decision that I have made, and perhaps people here don't feel the same way... but I was the one that posted the picture... he did not know how...

 I am not sure what to say anymore... I think that I need some time... because this place was like a home to me... and well now I am upset... and hurting... I think, that perhaps thinking about something before it is said... would be a good thing for everyone... which is WHY I waited before I posted... I have made sure not to let my temper effect people here... and I know that I am not in a place where I can participate here for awhile...
