When is there a line drawn between all things spiritual and all things not? How can the spirit be separated from all things flesh, and all things in thought and without thought? It is what it is, and not how we shall individually choose to define it; a word from the clouds, shared, abused and muted alike. The spirit, without form, needs not of this world, nor material, nor knowledge, nor wealth, nor fame. It need not be known, nor be unto it's own. It is all encompassing, without lack of judgment, without fear nor anger. It is love divine.

Ahh you were going great until the love divine bit. I find that hard to swallow. Especially as all humans have a spirit, so there are good, bad, and wicked and evil and when they die their spirits don't suddenly change, well at least I don't think they do as I have felt hostile spirits and angry and evil spirits.
Spiritual encompasses lots of things, well all things really, its a way of life, but many confuse that with spiritualism which is the religion. And many seem to have merged the beliefs of spiritualism with being a spiritual person, and so the ideas of guides in spirit with re-incarnation.

And so the mind fights on...

Reading this made me remember something I read in a book titled Care of the Soul by Thomas Moore:

"It may help us, in those times of trouble, to remember that love is not only about relationship, it is also an affair of the soul.  Disappointments in love, even betrayals and losses, serve the soul at the very moment they seem in life to be tragedies. THE SOUL IS PARTLY IN TIME AND PARTLY IN ETERNITY. (Emphasis mine) We might remember the part that resides in eternity when we feel despair over the part that is in life."

Great book, by the way, but it's a "thinking" book so you can't really read it fast, if you know what I mean.  Anyway, thought I'd share!!!
