Tongues are about taste and languages!

Through our tongues we take in what the world has to offer (tastes) and what we have to offer to the world (thoughts (3rd house) get expressed through our tongues (2nd house). I better sneak in my piece before that Rishirahul moderator comes in and sends this posting to jail or <worse!> the astrology forum where SADLY it will just get lost forever!!!

Now that makes perfect sense to me because the 2nd (speech) is the house of loss (12th) from the 3rd (thoughts) which is the house of loss from the 4th (inner thoughts) [there is more but let me stop there!]. Other than reminding that expression is expenditure and the 12th is not just about loss but also expression!

SATAN or devil has been depicted in scripture as one with a forked tongue. He has been depicted as one who tells lies and is a serpant etc.

Without getting in the way of internet evangalists of their own faking -- I think the forked tongue is a metaphor that must not get lost on the modern world (people younger than the magical retirement age (we all are hurtling towards!) when time suddenly becomes an enemy through its excess and decent healthcare becomes a challenge by its lack of access!!)

The forked tongue represents duality! You have a choice and you can go this way or that way. There is really no award or punishment and even if one way hurts more than the other, life is just an experiment and there is no right or wrong way regardless of what priests (ordained or those that are simply detained and just waiting for their train/Ship to arrive!) tell you!

Trial and error! Isn't that how we all learn? Isn't that how evolution happened? Isn't that how majority of human infants learn and survive? What works for the worldly reality also works for the spiritual reality! For the two are only different or separate if there is some 'schism' in your psyche!
