Tiny spots at the top--definitely from the crystals, reflections. I'm gonna look at the other pic and comment about the other stuff.

No. Children are the most positive people! Even if they were attracting spirits, they would most likely be energies with that same kind of positivity or spirits of protection. Not unless something really negative was going on in the child's life or if the child was really ill/weak, would I worry about anything at all! Even in such a case, any spirits could simply be protective. If you're not having any paranormal experiences beyond this it's really not relavent.
