I just moved to this apartment last year around june 16. A couple weeks after moving in I noticed a Presence while I was sleeping in my room.I did not pay any attention to who or what it was,but at night whenever I fell asleep I would be awakened by something or someone pulling my covers off of me and the pillows out from underneath my head.It was kind of scary at first,but then I started communicating with that spirit and found out that it was a spirit of a woman that died  in the same bedroom I now sleep in.I kindly told her that I needed my sleep and I told her that she needed to go into the afterlife,I explained to her that she was deceased and that she needed to rest.Its been a long time since she bothered me,although every once in a while I see a Glass Move Across the table on its own.

That's an interesting story. At the very least it appears she's taken notice of your request and is letting you get some sleep.

I've always been interested in the paranormal; what you've written about reminds me of a programme I used to watch where they would do a clearing and send the spirit through to the next world.

I'm not entirely sure what I think of it all, being a Christian I haven't made up my mind; but the Bible does speak of spirits and your experience seems to confirm that for me!

Do you intend to do anything more on this situation? Being as though you still experience phenomena occasionally.

Well, at least she was nice enough to only do those instead of harming anyone. A friend of mine had some serious activity, such as mirrors being broken, items tossed around and nearly hitting them.
