I have been having a lot more paranormal encounters lately. I don't think it is the house I live in, but rather it is me. I keep feeling the presence of one particular entity and I have ssen this entity on more than one occasion and in more places than just my home. I think I know who it is as I keep getting a name that comes into my head. This entity I think, is the spirit of my aunt's high school friend who died almost 30 years ago from bone cancer. I have described what I have seen to my aunt and she showed my a photograph of the friend of hers, and it looks like who I have been seeing and the name I keep getting is his name. When I do see him, it is out of the corner of my eye and it is just for a few seconds and then he is gone, but I feel him more than I see him. I do not feel threatened, however, I do sense sometimes an evil presence that tries to get in but I have not allowed it to come. I keep it at bay. Does anyone think there is any truth to this?

I have never had to keep a bad spirit out. How do you not let one in? I have had several experiences I can't explain but I don't think there was anything evil about it.

It was about 2 years ago around 3am I was not all the way asleep real good yet but heading that way and I have the muffled man's voice in my right ear that said my middle name Michelle.

I just found out that my sister Angela had that same experience around that same time. She told her story too and it really made me believe mine.

I was raised Christian, so I use some of my religious beliefs to keep them out. I tell then firmly that they are not welcome here and they are to leave immediately in the name of Jesus Christ and they take heed, they leave and do not come back. It works for me everytime. But it may not work for others.
