Wow at first i would say your breath but to me your place doesn't seem very cold plus you did say it was noon , no cloud and no snow !!! SO My second thought would be camera flare but i don't see anything that Reflects off anything incoulding your house .
I think you may have capture something !!

nobody was in the house, we were outside taking pictures of each other and the new car. no lights were on in the room you're looking at i think that was the torn screen on the window because as i recall we bought a new one in early january 2000.
i dont know what prompted me to take the picture because i was facing the other way and then suddenly turned around and snapped a shot of the house, and when we developed the film that's what i had.
