it was 1-2am in the am i got up 4 a drink ,the nxt thing i felt a hand ,then fingers brush through my hair i got up after feeling scared ,went to the bathroom and my hair was all standing on end lol what a sight

Helen you see m to have had many experiences, perhaps if you try and ask the spirit phenomenon at the time? Ask for help from your guides or inner self or higher self, whichever you work with and see if you can find out any more. It does sound like someone is trying to get your attention
