Deborah, Darima is right. You have, from the looks of it, indirectly opened the innate part of yourself that can see "ghosts". You also have the ability to turn it off but that is for you to discover. The reason why you have been given this ability is also up to you to determine. If you let it haunt you (no pun intended?!) then that would be a sad case. As for the aparition itself, he is not being repeated over and over like a skipped-movie. He is a real spirit. He has yet to return to the vastness of the universe and the most likely reason is because he does not know he is dead! He CAN, however, do what he wants as in go where he wants but he was killed in a world he was most comfortable with which is why he "repeats" what he was known to do. That's only because he, himself, was comfortable doing that, being content with being a child, learning, observing. The fact he was killed is sad but there is a way to help. Strip yourself of the influence society has had on you and don't be afriad to talk to him! Find out his name. Go to the area where he plays and if you still see him even better! If you don;t see him anymore you probably scared yourself into not wanting to see him, now knowing he is a "ghost". Go to him, talk to him, explain to him that he is dead (in better words since he probably doesn't know what death is). Tell him others are waiting for him and ask him if he would like to go see such good people, maybe (any of his dead relatives). He will have to realize he is dead and not want to be where is is. He will not just "dissipate" after however long.
Some people become ghosts because mainly they do not believe in a God, or, more specifically, an after-life. I am not trying to scare anyone here into beliving in a God but just don't think there is no possibility of life after.. life. So these people who do not believe in an after-life only know what is of this earth and they like it and they love it so much that they are afraid to leave it. They don't WANT to leave it. My opinion is that their God-karma is punishing them for wanting the crap of this earth more than the love of God. Many psychics have helped release "ghosts" back to God.

as soon as I finsihed typing the last "ghosts" at the end of my previous letter just now, a candle was puched off of a chair it was on. It was not even near the edge. I have three small candles in glass jars ontop of a drummer's chair next to my bed, next to me here. As I first started to light them a few weeks ago I noticed the left one was dim, the middle one was extremely bright, and the right one was very dim. I related this to the crucifixion of Jesus, the middle candle representing Jesus. Well the very dim candle was the one that was flung off of the chair, and I only light the candles when I feel like reading before I go to bed, as I do not have a light in my room. It was VERY odd. I wanted to send the last post before anything else strange started to happen. There was no apparent reason for the candle to fall. It was a sign, but of what meaning I do not know..
