Yes you have but,thats easier said than done for some,like me lol......When i do hear or see things,i think to myself dont be scared,its ok,but nope,that doesnt help.I think the reason i am scared is because, well people in the past have tryed to scare me with this subject!!!!

Yes you should then,i know im safe and i know theres spirits looking after me and such,i should get over it because i do want to be able to have them around and make some sort of contact with me.I guess the unkown scares me,does it ever!!!!!
