He is something I would like to share with everyone, I myself can not see the spirits, I sometimes can hear them and I can also sometimes sence them when they are around, but a friend of mine can see them infact he see's them quite a lot, he told me that his father comes to see him often and sometimes he gets visits from one of his sisters pets, but that spins him out a bit, because he dosen't understand why, we have a lot of long talks about this subject my friend and I and were not frightened by it, it's different.

I see that there are not a lot of people who can share these kind of experiences or maybe I should have posted it somewhere else or not posted it at all.

I myself can not see spirits, but quite often feel their presence. I've often asked my spirit guide to show him/herself to me, but have not yet been successful. How can I achieve this goal?

I have asked this question myself and was told that I need to meditate to be able to silence my thoughts, the only trouble is I find very hard to meditate.

Yes meditate, I find it hard myself, so have to put another go @ learning to meditate, then maybe I will be able to do all this.
